Payment Methods: Kangaroo Korner accepts all major forms of credit cards through our secure server.
Security: This website is built with a 128 bit secure socket layer connect, SSL. This is indicated by the padlock icon at the bottom of the screen. The vendor providing the SSL is GeoTrust. For more information you can feel free to visit www.geotrust.com
Purchasing Gift Cards: You are welcome to purchase a Gift Card in any amount. The gift recipient will receive a plastic gift card (to be used online at Kangaroo Korner) and a handwritten note with your personal message. When checking out of our shopping cart, please include your message in the Order Notes section.
Redeeming Gift Cards: If you are redeeming a Gift Card, please use the promotional code printed on the back of the card (a series of 6 digits) when you check out from our shopping cart. If there is a payment due, you will use your credit card to pay the remaining balance. Any remaining balance will remain on your card for future use – there will be no cash refunds for Gift Card purchases.
Gift Options: If you are purchasing a sling as a gift for someone, you will be provided with two options when you check out.
1) Gift Note ($4.99): If you select this option, you will be prompted to enter a personal message*. The gift recipient will receive a handwritten note with your personal message, along with their gift which will be presented with our special gift packaging.
2) Gift Wrap and Gift Note ($9.99): Along with the Gift Note (see above), the gift recipient will receive our special gift packaging and a fully wrapped box (you will be prompted to select your wrapping paper preference* when you check out of our shopping cart).
*When checking out of our shopping cart, please include your message in the Order Notes section. If you have selected the Gift Wrap option, please also indicate your wrapping paper preference.
Kangaroo Korner's Privacy Policy: Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling it to others. All information you provide us will be kept private. It will not be shared with or sold to others.
Kangaroo Korner's Right to Refuse Policy: Kangaroo Korner reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. Sometimes we are unable to fulfill an order because of insufficient delivery address information, questionable payment methods, etc. If we cannot fill your order in good faith, we will make a reasonable attempt to notify you of the problem.
Manufacturing Guarantee: If you purchased your sling from Kangaroo Korner and develop a manufacturing problem (which does not include normal wear and tear or laundry mistakes) within 1 year of shipment, we may still be able to help by repairing/replacing your sling free of charge. If possible, your sling will be repaired. If the defect is beyond repair, we will replace your sling. Please contact us for more information on repair requests.
