For those of you who want natural, un-dyed fabrics against your baby's skin, select from our organic cotton fabrics. For those of you interested in a beautiful and unique fabric, select from our batik fabrics. All of our Boutique Padded Slings come standard with light padding in the rails and shoulder for maximum support and comfort, without the bulk. You may choose your ring preference (nylon or aluminum). We will coordinate the color of the rings with the fabric that you order.

Our 100% organic cotton fabric is good for use in all climates. Organic fabrics are produced in nature and have inherent features such as: variations in color and texture. These do not detract from the fabric, but rather give the fabric its individual character.
How do I choose which type of ring I want?
Aluminum rings are very lightweight and non-bulky. Nylon rings are also lightweight, but they are a bit bulkier (the actual ring is thicker than the aluminum rings). However, nylon rings will not become hot in the sun while aluminum may absorb some heat from direct sunlight. We find aluminum rings to be more aesthetically pleasing than nylon rings. Due to the larger inner diameter, aluminum rings are also slightly easier to adjust, although nylon rings tend to "grip" the fabric better. You'll probably be happy with either choice, but we want to give our customers the option as it's really more of a personal preference, than an issue of safety, adjustability or comfort.

Organic Natural Mesh
Our 100% organic cotton mesh fabrics are a wonderfully lightweight fabric with a "mesh" weave. Mesh refers to a woven fabric with an open texture. This fabric is perfect for warmer climates. While rough initially, it will soften quite a bit with washing and use. Organic fabrics are produced in nature and have inherent features such as: variations in color and texture. These do not detract from the fabric, but rather give the fabric its individual character.
